YPO Forum
FORUM — A MEMBER-LED, CONFIDENTIAL, PEER-SHARING PROGRAM
YPO originated the concept of Forum and provides the gold-standard experience. Members can choose to join a chapter, network, or regional forum, whichever best suits their interest. YPO also offers Forums for spouse/partners and young adult children. Members often cite their Forum experience as one of the most rewarding and valuable within YPO.
Shelby Hacala:
YPO Certified Forum Facilitator
Shelby is a fully bilingual (English/French) YPO Forum Facilitator. He received his YPO Certified Forum Facilitator (CFF) designation in 2011. Since then his focus has been on specializing in Leadership Transformational Change, Leadership Vulnerability and facilitating Forum retreats spanning business and personal issues for Corporate Executives and Entrepreneurs. Shelby has worked with many local and international Chapters and Forums on specific areas of Forum dynamics and creating customized Forum Retreats in Montreal and throughout. In 2013 he received certification to facilitate the YPO/WPO Transformational Forum Training program (TFT) from YPO International. Shelby combines his business experience and deep knowledge of leadership teams and forum workings to connect with other business leaders and challenge them beyond their comfort zone. His collaborative approach and open and engaging style contribute to his success in providing a quality forum experience every time. Shelby has also done extensive work with both Spousal and Young YPO Forum groups.
